About Wolfgang Loell

Wolfgang Löll was born in Wetzlar an der Lahn in 1961. At an early age he took lessons there with the post-Romantic composer, pianist and conductor Gustav Adolf Schlemm (1902-1987). At music college in Frankfurt he trained to teach music in secondary schools; he also studied musicology and English at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University.
