About Lee Patrick

Lee Patrick enjoys a long-established reputation as a performer, scholar, and teacher. his many contributions to the repertoire of the saxophone are known and valued the world over. He has also published numerous articles dealing with saxophone pedagogy, liturature, and acoustics. His effectiveness as a teacher is evident from the many successes enjoyed by his pupils. In 1975 he established a summer institute for the study of artistic saxophone playing that continues to thrive. Dr. Patrick attributes his success in all of these endeavours to what he learned during his long association with the great artist and saxophonist.
