Reward points for your loyalty
When you use Schott Music London for your retail needs, we’ll reward you!
We’ll give you “Reward Points”, which you can use instead of real money when you place future orders with us, to reduce your total spend.
- When you first create your customer account, we’ll reward you immediately.
- For every order you place, while logged into your account, we’ll reward you – for each pound you spend (on products and delivery), you'll earn a point (which you can use after a few days).
- When you subscribe to our newsletter, we’ll reward you immediately.
- For every product review you write, we’ll reward you when we approve the reviews (which might be some days after you write them). To qualify for approval, your reviews should be honest (whether positive or negative) – but they must not be offensive or irrelevant.
The next time you buy from our website, the Checkout will remind you that you can apply points from your account, to reduce the total you’re spending.
Each Reward Point lasts for 1 year from the day it’s awarded, and can be spent at the rate of 100 points = £1.
In the “Account” section of our website, the “My Reward Points” page displays all your points and their activation/expiry dates very clearly, along with the current value available for you to use. (And in the “Newsletter Subscriptions” page, you can change your settings to be reminded by email about expiry and balance changes).
You can spend points when buying any product from our website (even if your order already makes use of other special offers, discounts or e-Giftcards) if you’re logged into your account. The only exception is hiring our on-site Rehearsal Rooms (for which Reward Points can be neither earned nor redeemed, due only to technological constraints).
The only way we can attribute and store the Reward Points for you is by using the customer account feature – therefore, in order for us to reward you, you must create & use an account on our website. (If you complete a purchase using the “Guest” checkout, but immediately create a new account using the relevant button on the order confirmation page, then you’ll still gain the points anyway).
There’s no limit: if you have enough points, you can pay for your entire next order (including delivery) using those points.
