Bizet's 'Children's Games' is a musical classic for (or rather about) children. Heribert Breuer, director of the Berlin Bach Academy and editor of the edition of the same name in the Simrock publishing house, has made a name for himself as an arranger in the wind quintet genre, among others, and even arranged six of the twelve original Bizet miniatures for this instrumentation. All five players have rewarding tasks.
