Description
'The World Tour' has emerged from the practical work with a budding children's orchestra. The collection consists of both well-known songs and songs from the children's home countries.
It is suitable as a first introduction into chamber music playing. By using different techniques (pizzicato, con sordino, solo and tutti), a colourful string orchestra setting is created which forms a beautiful sound image for a children's orchestra.
To enable the children to grasp the melodic parts as songs, the song text has been added, whenever possible.
