This creative grade 2 interpretation of the great Christmas favorite God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen will be the highlight of your next holiday concert. Scored in E minor, a traditional version of the melody played by upper strings is supported throughout by a trendy groove in the cello/bass parts. As explained in the score notes, the title of this setting refers to the fact that the carol on which it is based hails historically from the Cornwall region of England.
