Uniquely for a sheet music retailer, the Schott Music London shop offers space for hire in its central London location.

We have 5 practice rooms of varying sizes, appropriate for teaching or rehearsal purposes. The largest practice room is suitable for ensembles such as a string quartet.

These rooms are available:
10:00 - 20:00  (Monday - Wednesday)
10:00 - 18:30  (Thursday - Friday)
10:00 - 18:00  (Saturday)

We also have a concert/performance space which is available for hire on some evenings (see below).

Our practice rooms are named after some of the composers published by Schott Music, here in London.

Elisabeth Lutyens room

7.4 m²  -  Suitable for 1 or 2 musicians - Steinway’s Essex range baby grand piano

Steve Martland room

5.8 m²  -  One of our new acoustic booths, suitable for 1 or 2 musicians - Yamaha digital piano

Percy Grainger room

5.8 m²  -  One of our new acoustic booths, suitable for 1 or 2 musicians - Steinway's Essex range upright piano

Peter Maxwell Davies room

12.4 m²  -  Our largest practice room, which can be supplied with 1 or 2 pianos - Steinway Model M Studio Grand piano - Steinway’s Boston range baby grand piano

Michael Tippett room

8.2 m²  -  Our mid-sized practice room is suitable for 1-3 musicians - Steinway’s Boston range baby grand piano  

Performance/Concert area
