Miriam Lowbury is an experienced performer and teacher. She performs regularly with the BBC Concert Orchestra, ENO, City of London Sinfonia and the Bath Philharmonia, as well as in trios, quartets and jazz groups. She has appeared on stage, radio and television with artist from across the musical spectrum, including Renée Fleming, Peter Donohoe, Nicola Benedetti, Quincy Jones, Tom Jones, Ed Sheeran, Donny Osmond and Burt Bacharach. As a teacher, Miriam works with cellists of all ages and abilities. She is a tutor at the Royal College of Music Junior department and loves passing on her knowledge and enjoyment of playing to her students.
