Booking Procedure
Rooms may be booked online, by phone, by email or in person and must be paid for in advance.

The minimum duration for a booking is 30 minutes.
Cancellations & Amendments
If you need to cancel your booking, refunds can be offered under the following conditions:
- Less than 24 hours’ notice – No refund
- Less than 48 hours’ notice – 50% refund
- More than 48 hours’ notice – Full refund
We reserve the right to amend or cancel your booking at any time without liability to us. We will try our best to make alternative arrangements. If that is not possible we will refund any monies paid with respect to that booking.
For customers booking practice rooms using the online system, an admin fee of £1 will be deducted from any applicable refunds.
Use of the Practice Rooms
You will be expected to leave the practice rooms in the condition in which you find them and must remove all of your personal belongings at the end of your session.
Please be aware that there may be a booking immediately following yours, so you will be required to leave the room promptly at the end of your session.
Smoking is not permitted in any area in this building. We reserve the right to eject any person caught in violation of this policy.
Food and drink must not be placed on the pianos.
As a condition of your use of these rehearsal rooms, you agree that you will not use the room for any purpose that is unlawful.
Damage & Theft
The customer making the booking is responsible for any damage to the room, property and equipment and will be charged for the replacement or repair.
We make every effort to ensure the condition of our practice rooms and pianos. It is advisable that if you do discover any damage to the room or the pianos, to notify a member of staff as soon as possible.
Customers must not move the pianos under any circumstances. If a piano needs to be repositioned, please ask a member of staff first.
Schott Music London and the practice rooms are open to the public. Customers are responsible for the security of their own belongings.
